When is the pharmacy open?

Do you require a prescription?

We require an authentic prescription in order to process an order for Rx (prescription) medication in the same way you would at your local pharmacy and for all prescriptions dispensed anywhere in the USA. It is essential for your prescription to be from a licensed physician practicing in your area. We will require a copy of your prescription, which you can fax us atthis number 1-800-883-6005. You will also have to mail us your original prescription at the following address.

Is it possible to transfer my prescriptions?

No, we are not able to transfer prescriptions as we are located outside of the United States. However, you can ask your doctor’s office to fax us a new prescription directly. We can also contact your doctor’s office on your behalf and ask them to fax us a new prescription. Please note that in such an instance, your doctor’s office may take 3-5 working days to fulfill our request for a new prescription. Therefore, it is quicker if you contact them yourself.

How much medicine can I purchase at a time?

You can only buy 3 month’s supply of medication at a time, given that you have an authentic prescription for that medication. If you require medication for more than 3 months, you will have to ask your doctor to refill the prescription as they come due.

In how many days will I get my medicine?

Once we receive your authentic prescription, it will take almost 5 business days for your order to be shipped. After that, it will take from 10-20 business days for delivery. OTC drug orders are shipped within 2 business days. 

What will happen in case some other pharmacy offers me a lower price?

All our prescription products come with a low price guarantee. In case you find a pharmacy offering your medications at a lower price, we will gladly match that price. Make sure to check out our customer care policy for details.

What is the process of returning my order?

Our primary aim is the satisfaction of our customers. We stand behind our products and work diligently to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their order. If there are any issues with your order, you can contact us within 30 days of receiving your medication. If it’s not possible to remedy the situation, you can take advantage of our refund procedure.

Is it possible for the country where the drug is manufactured to be different from the country where it is being shipped?

Yes, it is possible. Not all the medications sold in Canadian and US pharmacies are manufactured there. A large number of drugs that these pharmacies sell may be sourced from the European Union, India, and other countries. Even in the case of various branded drugs, the company may be European or American, but the drug itself may come from Europe or the USA. However, it is always a good idea to determine they contain the exact same dosage, risks, active ingredients, intended use, strength, and safety as the drugs manufactured locally.
